Stress type A and B
Type A, focus on output, achievement and results. Are concerned with speed, performance and productivity. Tend to be aggressive, impatient, intolerant, driving themselves and others hard. Are preoccupied with time, go from appointment to appointment. Are eager to start and finish on time. Are strong, competitive winning is crucial. Believe success is all that matters which creates stress and pressure in others. Are prone to heart attacks. Type B, are relaxed and easy going. Take difficulties and problems in their stride. Like to spend time on what they are doing. Are rarely harassed or flustered. Take time to ponder alternatives. Usually feel there is plenty of time to do things. Lead a balanced life, do not live to work. Are less prone to heart attacks.
